- Can't log in? Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen.
- App crashing? Make sure you're running the latest version from the App Store.
- Missing encounters? Pull down on your Journal to refresh. If they're still missing, contact us.
- Subscription issues? Manage your subscription in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

If you've encountered inappropriate content or a user violating our guidelines, please use the in-app reporting feature (tap the ... menu on any review or profile) or email us with details.
